One of the most unique features of the IOQM paper pattern is the answer type. Every question needs a single integer between 0 and 99 as an answer. So, unlike JEE or NEET, there are no MCQ-based answer types; no guessing or elimination method can be applied here; you have to solve the entire problem and arrive at the correct integer, which makes the exam much more challenging, especially under timed conditions.
Since there is no negative marking in the IOQM exam paper pattern, leaving or not attempting a question just because it’s hard doesn’t make any sense. You should attempt all 30 questions strategically. You can skip a few difficult questions in the beginning if you get stuck. Once you solve the other comparatively easier ones, get back to the previous hard questions. Attempting them at least gives you a chance to score.
